Dr. Oluwole Fadare is a Professor of Pathology at the University of California San Diego, USA, where he is also the Director of Surgical Pathology. His clinical practice is primarily centered in gynecologic pathology.
He obtained his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine (Washington DC), followed by a Pathology residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, and a fellowship in breast and gynecologic pathology at the Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Fadare has written extensively and has lectured widely on gynecologic pathology and related topics.
He previously served as an associate editor for Expert Reviews in Obstetrics and Gynecology, is currently a section editor for Diagnostic Pathology as well as for Archives of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. He is an editorial board member for several journals, including Human Pathology, Journal of Clinical Pathology, International Journal of Gynecological Pathology, and Advances in Anatomic Pathology.
