随着个体化及精准医学的发展，新一代测序（NGS）技术在临床中应用日益广泛，尤其是在肿瘤诊治领域，备受各界关注，国内目前正在积累更多的数据和经验。

　　Dr. Ladanyi is Chief of the Molecular Diagnostics Service and Member in the Human Oncology & Pathogenesis Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). He is also the incumbent of the endowed William Ruane Chair in Molecular Oncology. As Chief of the Molecular Diagnostics Service at MSKCC, he oversees large scale prospective clinical genotyping efforts based on a variety of next-generation sequencing technologies as part of a center-wide precision medicine initiative. He also directs a research laboratory which studies the genomics and molecular pathogenesis of sarcomas and thoracic malignancies.
